BT75 FILM Ceramic

Ceramic sanding disc on PET film backing with Velcro. Available in 150mm (MH/15H), 125mm (15H) and 75mm (NH). Grit P40–P2000. Open coat, resin-over-resin. Colour: Premium Purple. Applications: paint sanding from coarse to ultra-fine, clearcoat, waterborne paints.

• PET film backing = dimensionally stable in heat and humidity → no distortion or disc soaking.
• Ceramic grain extends to P2000: one product family covers the full range from P40 (coarse removal) to P2000 (paint-ready).
• Film provides a constant, even pressure build-up → more uniform surface structure than paper-backed discs.
• Open coat prevents smearing on waterborne paints and modern high-solid clearcoats.
