Ceramic sanding discs and strips on knitted net/mesh backing with Velcro. Available as discs in 225mm, 150mm and 125mm, and as strips 70×198mm and 70×420mm. Grit P80–P600. Open coat, resin-over-resin. Colour: red/brown. Applications: primer, primer surfacer, wood, MDF, materials that clog quickly.
• Knitted net structure = dust particles pass straight through the abrasive medium → radical reduction in clogging, even with soft and sticky materials (primers, fillers, wood).
• Self-cleaning effect: the net ‘shakes off’ built-up dust with every rotation → constant cutting potential without pausing to clean.
• No separate holes needed: the net is permeable across the entire surface → no ‘dead zones’ in the sanding pattern.
• Available in 225mm for large surfaces (bodywork, furniture industry) down to 125mm for detail sanding.

Het BCG9 NET Ceramic gebruik ik voor het afwerken van gipsplaatvoegen. Loopt niet dicht door gipsstof, dat is het grote voordeel. Vier sterren omdat ik nog een fijnere korrel mis in het assortiment, maar verder top product.
