BS04 Sponge Block

Aluminium oxide 4-sided foam block. Dimensions approx. 79×80×25mm. Five colour-coded grades: Medium through Microfine. Dry and wet use. Applications: manual sanding on large surfaces, heavy use, furniture industry, construction.

• Four sanding faces = four times the usable sanding surface vs. single-sided blocks → maximum cost efficiency per block.
• Thicker format (25mm) gives a better grip and ergonomic control during intensive use.
• Each face offers a fresh, unused sanding zone once the previous one is worn.
• Suitable for both flat and slightly curved surfaces thanks to the flexible foam core.
