Delivery time

Orders placed on business days before 14:00 are usually dispatched the same day. We ship from local stock in Rossum — no multi-week waits from abroad.

Larger shipments & pallets
For B2B orders above 30 kg or large volumes we contact you with a pallet-freight quote. Request a B2B quote directly if you order in bulk regularly.
Ordering outside NL, BE or DE?
On request we ship to other EU countries. Send us a message with your address and order, and we’ll work out the options and cost.
Package not received?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the indicated window, please contact us with your order number. We’ll follow up with the carrier straight away.
