21-day return window — for consumer customers on unused products.
Cooling-off period
Consumer customers have 21 days from receipt of the order to return it without giving a reason. For business customers, different terms apply — see the specific quote.
Return conditions
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Email us first at [email protected] with your order number so we can register the return and speed up the handling.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a demonstrable product defect.

Include a note or copy of the order confirmation so we can link the return to your order straight away.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, the purchase amount is refunded within 30 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Defective product?
If a product arrives defective or damaged, email [email protected] within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the defect. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping.
What can’t be returned?
- Products that have been opened or used
- Custom-cut or specially ordered products (B2B orders only)
- Products without the original packaging or with damaged packaging
