Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements of Abras Innegy, established at Haarstraat 48, Rossum, The Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 72997478, VAT NL104059734B01).

1. Definitions

  • Abras Innegy: the business offering products via sanding-innegy.com.
  • Customer: the (legal) person placing an order.
  • Agreement: the purchase agreement between Abras Innegy and the customer.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all orders placed through our webshop. Deviations are only valid when confirmed in writing by Abras Innegy.

3. Offers and pricing

Prices on the webshop include VAT unless otherwise stated. B2B quotes are issued on request excluding VAT. Abras Innegy reserves the right to change prices. Orders are confirmed by email.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in advance via the offered payment methods (iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, Mollie). In case of late payment, Abras Innegy reserves the right to cancel the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place after receipt of payment. Delivery times are indicative: 1–3 business days for The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Abras Innegy is not liable for delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.).

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumer customers may return their order within 21 days of receipt without giving a reason. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in the case of a demonstrable product defect. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

For business customers, different terms apply — see the specific quote or agreement.

7. Complaints

Complaints should be reported in writing as soon as possible to [email protected], in any case within 7 days of receipt.

8. Liability

Abras Innegy is not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Liability is in any case limited to the invoice amount of the order concerned.

9. Governing law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Overijssel district.
