BF15 Flex+ Fine Finishing Discs are 150mm hook-and-loop sanding discs combining a flexible foam substrate with a tear-resistant TPU film backing. Silicon-carbide grain on an open-coat structure delivers exceptional finishing on paint, lacquer and water-based coatings. The 3mm foam pad follows contours that rigid discs cannot.

The dual-layer foam-film construction makes BF15 unique: the 3mm closed-cell foam absorbs orbital pressure for an even cut on curved surfaces, while the TPU film backing keeps the disc dimensionally stable at high RPM. Silicon-carbide minerals leave the finest scratch pattern in the P800-P3000 range, ideal for paint-defect removal, dust-nib correction and final lacquer prep before polishing.
